Every time you put them in

Apply 1–2 pumps of foam into your retainer, spread it evenly and put it on. Spit out the extra. Safe up to four times a day.

Place a Movemints mint between your trays and bite down gently along the grooves to help seat them fully. Gentle bites, no chomping.

Soak
Drop a cleaning tab into warm water. When it starts to foam, add your retainer and soak at least five minutes or overnight. Rinse and wear.

How often should I clean my retainers?
Use the foam every time you put your retainers in, and soak them with a cleaning tab a few times a week or whenever they look cloudy or smell off.
Are Movemints sugar-free?
Yes. Movemints are sugar-free and made with xylitol. They are vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. Ingredients: xylitol, sorbitol, maize dextrin, natural spearmint flavoring, natural mint flavoring, magnesium stearate.
What's in the cleaning foam?
The foam is alcohol-free and non-abrasive. Its whitening comes from a low level of hydrogen peroxide. Full ingredients are on the package.

Should I still replace my retainers?
Yes. Good cleaning helps retainers last, but plastic still wears over time. If yours are cracked, cloudy after cleaning, or no longer fit snugly, Retainer Club can make you a fresh set from your scan.
